Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, They once spent nearly every day together. But one year after Demi Moore announced her split from her toy boy Ashton Kutcher their lives couldn't look more different.

As Demi Moore looked bedraggled on a trip to the gym on Monday her estranged husband was romancing his new love in Rome. The Two and a Half Men star's marriage split seemed but a distant memory for the actor as he enjoyed romantic dinner dates in Rome with new love Mila Kunis on Sunday and Monday night.

The pair are in the Italian capital while Mila, 29, shoots scenes for her upcoming movie The Third Person.

The film, also starring Liam Neeson and James Franco, is about three couples with three interlocking love stories, set in Rome, Paris and New York.
And it seems this couple can't bear to be apart.

Ashton is keeping the Black Swan star company while she works and while on a break, the pair headed to swanky eatery Antica Pesa on Sunday as well as the Ristorante Boccondivino on Monday.

As usual the couple, who have been dating since the Spring, were casually attired and bundled up against the wintry weather.

Mila wore jeans, her customary biker boots, a blue and black stripey jumper and a cropped jacket.

She also had a plaid scarf round her neck and as the weather turned chillier she donned a beige Mac.
Ashton meanwhile sported his trademark flat cap and opted for a plaid shirt underneath his overcoat and teamed it with chunky trainers.
Across the Atlantic his ex-wife Demi Moore spent some time with friends at a park in West Hollywood in Los Angeles.

Despite the somewhat grim anniversary the Indecent Proposal actress looked happy and in good spirits.
She wore a denim jacket and corduroy trousers and appeared in far better shape than in recent months.

And it seems despite the divorce and the fact that Ashton, 32, cheated on her with a waitress, the couple have managed to put aside their differences and are working together on a charitable cause.

The released a statement for THORN: Digital Defenders of Children, which read: 'For the past three years we have focused our work broadly on combating child sex trafficking.
'It has become crystal clear in our efforts that technology plays an increasingly large role in this crime and in the sexual exploitation of children overall.

'We believe that the technology-driven aspect of these crimes demands its own attention and investment.'
