"I honestly got too skinny immediately after and am up to probably 140 pounds today. But that is what 'Live Big' is all about for me. Finding balance, feeling comfortable in our own skin and living the life of our dreams through conversation and building support systems."

Vincent lives in Spokane, Washington. She has in recent years worked as a motivational speaker and released a book called "Believe It, Be It: How Being the Biggest Loser Won Me Back My Life" in November 2009.
