Groom demands new wedding

A Manhattan groom is suing his wedding photographer $48K wedding groom sues and demanding a new wedding to recreate missed photos from the last 15 minutes groom sues last dance bouquet toss. The wedding occurred more than six years ago, groom wedding now divorced.
Unhappy with his wedding scrapbook, a Manhattan groom is suing the photographers for $48,000  to recreate the ceremony and snap new pictures.
But things are complicated by the fact that Todd J. Remis and his wife, Milena Grzibovska, have divorced and she is believed to be back in her native Latvia,
Remis is furious that the men from H & H Photographers missed the final 15 minutes -- including the last dance and bouquet toss -- at his wedding six years ago in Tarrytown.
He wants the studio to refund the $4,100 cost for services as well as pay to recreate the event with new photographers.
Justice Doris Ling-Cohan of State Supreme Court in Manhattan has dismissed most of the grounds for the lawsuit and a wedding recreation is very unlikely. But she allowed things to proceed to determine if H & H violated its contract.

Massachusetts beach brawl, A massive brawl broke out at Revere Beach, Massachusetts, on Sunday that involved between 100 and 200 people and had police from across the region rushing to the scene. The Mother's Day melee at the popular beach just north of Boston apparently started when two women began fighting, Mayor Dan Rizzo told NECN. He said their boyfriends joined the fight, which then snowballed into the brawl. The station reports that 12 people were arrested. WHDH reports that the brawl began over a stolen handbag. Police made an arrest over the incident, but it drew a crowd which then turned violent. One witness told the station that a girl involved in the fight punched a police officer in the face.
